🥤How to Brew - Iced Chai
- Steep 2-4 tsp loose tea or 2 tea bags in 100ml (3.5oz) of hot water (almost boiling) for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain the tea (or remove the tea bag) to avoid over-steeping. Add honey, maple syrup, sugar or any sweetener if you like.
- Let the tea cool down to room temperature, then add ice and 100ml (3.5oz) cold milk, and enjoy!
