Ingredients
Blue Matcha: Butterfly Pea Flower (microground), Cardamom, Cinnamon, and Ginger
Masala Chai Latte: Assam Black Tea, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Ginger, Cloves, Fennel, Black Pepper, and Rose Petals
Turmeric Spiced Latte: Turmeric, Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Ginger, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Licorice, and Rooibos
How to Brew
- Add ½ to 1 tsp of Blue Matcha powder into a bowl or cup
- Pour in a splash of hot water (not boiling, about 80°C) and whisk briskly until smooth and frothy.
- Froth milk, hot/cold, into a creamy texture and pour the milk slowly over your whisked Blue Matcha.
- Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired, and enjoy!
★ The Blue Matcha also goes well with Nut Milk, Smoothies, and Yogurt.
- Add 1 tsp to 100 ml of hot water
- Stir in your favorite milk (or froth for extra creaminess), and enjoy!
★ It’s equally delicious served iced for a refreshing twist
- Add 1 tsp to 200 ml of hot/cold milk
- Blend well, and enjoy!
★ The Turmeric Spiced Latte also goes well with Nut Milk, Smoothies, and Yogurt.
